She will make marketing calls for your property everyday, looking for potential buyers. She consults the team daily on the latest market updates. BUYER SPECIALISTS

Michelle and April are the showing agents on your property. Their job is to get to know the wants and needs of our Buyer clients and keep up with market inventory. They will initially meet with the buyers to gain a full understanding of their needs. They will then search those homes that fit the buyers criteria, always showing your home first. They consult with the team daily on the latest market updates. LISTING AND MARKETING MANAGER

Jill takes care of all of the MELODY SHELDON team's marketing, including individual property listing coordination, advertising, internet related advertising projects at www.melodysheldon.com as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our clients individual needs.

 

REO MANAGER

Mark handles all of the the Bank Owned Property management. He is responsible for the Broker Price Opinions, coordinating evictions, property maintenance and repairs.

 

TRANSACTION AND CLOSING MANAGER

D'Artagnon ensures your experience with us is smooth and uneventful. D'Artagnon coordinates with all the parties involved in the sale of your home. Escrow, Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspection, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents are just a few of the many people he contacts on your behalf. There are approximately 32 people to coordinate with in a transaction. D'Artagnon consults with the team members on a daily basis, and is always ready and willing to go the extra step for you.

 

MORTGAGE FINANCING AND LOAN PROCESSING

We work with three preferred lenders. They pre-approve all potential buyers to ensure that only qualified candidates view your home. They have access to many investors, so financing of your property is never a problem. Their extensive background in Real Estate Sales & Mortgage Financing provides an aggressive approach to any finance question you may have. They will compile all the necessary documentation for the investor. This includes information from the Agents, Escrow Company, Title Company, Appraisal, and the borrower. They coordinates the loan approval, loan documents, and loan closing with the investor and the escrow company in a timely manner. We have strict policies in place for a lender to qualify as one of our preferred lenders. Success rates and honest communication are top priorities.

 

TITLE AND CLOSING REPRESENTATIVE

Cache Title's experience in escrow and settlement helps them deal with the volume of sales that we generate. Mason and Shannon oversee the escrow process for each transaction, and works closely with the Team in solving an occasional problem that arises.

They review each Property Profile and Title request on your property to ensure all deeds and records are in proper order. Mason's commitment to his job and our clients is second to none.
